Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
