Beautiful New (2006) Villa in Los Delfines, Playa Tambor, Costa Rica
The Villa is Located 50 yards from the 5 mile long sandy beach in a gated country club community full of tropical gardens. It has a golf course and a club house with a large swimming pool and a restaurant and bar. There are also tennis courts and a small supermarket. It is just a wonderful safe place from which to explore Costa Rica, or just relax and love life!

    The view from the unit is of the open space in front which is wild and full of indigenous plants and trees and a large back yard behind the Villa. From the front yard you can see the mountains to the north and the beach to the south.

    Distances
    • Airport: Located within a 20 minute(s) drive. You can fly into Tambor from San Jose and you will arrive in 20 minutes. It is a beautiful flight and you will come in for a landing on an airstrip near the beach. You can also drive from the airport, or take a taxi, and then the ferry over to the Peninsula. This is a wonderful trip as well.
    • Golf: The unit is located on Los Delfines..
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a Clubhouse restaurant and a small supermarket right at Los Delfines. You can walk down the beach to Tambor in less than 1 hour, or of course drive there on the road.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. 50 yards to the beach! The beach is beautiful and 5 miles long. You can walk to town on the beach. There are no dangerous currents so it is safe for children and beginner swimmers.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
