Great place to come and relax to enjoy the pool. Home is less than 10 years ago. Has all the modern amenities you would expect along with a great pool area with plenty of sunbathing space, or if you like shade a covered patio area with an overhead fan to keep you cool.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The great room area opens up to the pool. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need, plus a lot more. Washer and Dryer located in the garage.
Shopping and dining located just 1 mile away, along with bowling and just about everything else you need.
Private pool home in a family subdivision in Tampa Bay's South Shore area of Florida. The 3 bedroom home has everything you need to have a fantastic time while enjoying the sunshine. The house is a split plan with the Master Bedroom and Bath on the back of the house, and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are off a hallway along with a bath for your guests or children to have a little privacy.
4 lounge chairs are provided so that you can enjoy our sunshine on our large deck. Should you wish to lounge in the shade a large covered patio overlooks the pool. We also have four fruit trees in the backyard providing great fresh fruit and shade (Oranges, Lemons, Grapefruits and Limes). BBQ is on the deck so you can check on your steaks or burgers and than jump back in the pool to cool off, and 2 outside eating areas sun or shade your choice.
The great room area is a great space to hang out in the evening and plenty of movies are provided along with games to enjoy some family fun.
