More Information

Private pool home in a family subdivision in Tampa Bay's South Shore area of Florida. The 3 bedroom home has everything you need to have a fantastic time while enjoying the sunshine. The house is a split plan with the Master Bedroom and Bath on the back of the house, and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are off a hallway along with a bath for your guests or children to have a little privacy. 4 lounge chairs are provided so that you can enjoy our sunshine on our large deck. Should you wish to lounge in the shade a large covered patio overlooks the pool. We also have four fruit trees in the backyard providing great fresh fruit and shade (Oranges, Lemons, Grapefruits and Limes). BBQ is on the deck so you can check on your steaks or burgers and than jump back in the pool to cool off, and 2 outside eating areas sun or shade your choice. The great room area is a great space to hang out in the evening and plenty of movies are provided along with games to enjoy some family fun.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200.00 will apply. A fee of 200.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
