There are a couple of good family style restaurants within 5 minutes of the home and many fine upscale restaurants & shopping within 15 minutes drive from the home. • Nearby Attractions: The home is located just off I-75 and Martin Luther King Blvd. I-4 is one exit north (less than 1 mile). Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 50.00 per pet will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
