Bright villa obtained by the restoration and extension of an old farmhouse. Extensive view as far as the sea. Peaceful position. The villa is set in a dominating position on a property of circa 3 hectares complete with orchards, where the guests are free to taste the fruit, and which faces a large valley that extends as far as the sea. The villa is made up of two apartments, each with independent access and a private external space for outdoor dining. Possibility of beautiful hikes. Access to the house along 300 m of disconnected dirt track road. There is the possibility to reserve the accommodations as joining with the name VILLA GIALLA 3 (they can be made communal with the opening of an internal reinforced door). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: Less than 30km south of Taormina; a city known throughout the world by those who love culture, worldliness and the sea. 2.5 km away is S. Alfio (various shops), 10 km Giarre (various shops), 13 km Riposto (beaches).
ACCOMMODATION: (90 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace and access onto a spacious outdoor area and onto an equipped terrace for outdoor dining with an extensive view of the sea, kitchen/dining room with access to the outside, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room in passageway open to the living room, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
