Pleasant villa (100 m2) on the side of a hill full of citrus fruit orchards, that overlooks in the distance the sea on the south-west side of Taormina. Peaceful position. Broad and beautiful view of the sea. The villa is located on a large and old countryside property characterized by its rich Mediterranean vegetation. In a large and well-kept lawn that divides the villa from the owners' villa (the latter, lower down and not visible) and is situated the large swimming pool (16x8) (7/5-30/9) shared with the owners.
Parking. DISTANCES: 20 km Taormina, 1.2 km S. Giovanni di Montebello (grocery shops), approx. 10 km the well-known centre of Giarre with all kinds of shops. The nearest sea is Riposto (12 km cliffs and pebble beach). Approx. 20 km away begin the renowned sandy beaches of Giardini Naxos, Lido Spisone, Isola Bella.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace (TV) and access onto a large terrace that is partly covered and equipped with table for outdoor dining, kitchen ( washing machine ) with access to the outside (barbecue), 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with large fireplace and the possibility of an additional bed (can be moved into the living room). Mosquito nets on the windows.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
