Pleasant apartments in a villa consisting of three accommodations and situated in the well known tourist resort of Taormina. The villa is situated on the side of a hill that faces the small bay of Mazzarò, approx. 500 m below the old city centre of Taormina, which can be easily reached by walking along the alleys and stairways. Peaceful position, panoramic view. On the side of the terrace is an original garden with typical Mediterranean plants. The apartments have autonomous accesses and outdoor areas. Parking. DISTANCES: To reach the famous beach of Isolabella you can follow along an internal street for approx. 400m and a stairway for approx. 30 m. The large sandy beaches of Letojanni are approx. 5 km away and can be reached by car.
ACCOMMODATION: (200 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and access onto the large and equipped terrace (150 m2), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with access to the garden side, 2 double bedrooms with access onto the terrace, 1 double bedroom with sea view, 1 small twin bedded room, 1 small single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with hip-bath. Comfortable furniture in the day area and in the double bedrooms, reasonably comfortable furniture in the other bedrooms. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
