Original villa (90 m2) made of lavic stone and set on a plateau that dominates the countryside which extends as far as the sea. Panoramic view. Peaceful position. The villa is characterised not only by its pretty architectural style but by a spacious terrace (120 m2), equipped with a barbecue and a wood burning oven, which extends over two sides of the villa where there is a huge grassy area with orchards and a small pine forest. Access to the house along 300 m of disconnected dirt track road. Parking. DISTANCES: 2.5 km away is S. Alfio (various shops) with an extremely beautiful church, also built of lavic stone, which overlooks a square where there is a bar where you can enjoy the delicious Sicilian granita (iced drinks). 11 km away is Giarre, 14 km away is Riposto (seaside) and 30 km away is Taormina, one of Siciliy's pearls.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: spacious living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer) and access to an overhead open gallery with twin beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Upon request a double sofa bed can be added in the living room (Euro 78/week) to be paid on the spot. It is possible to enjoy the fruit from the nearby fruit trees. Comfortable furniture. Heating with electric stoves .

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
