Comfortable newly rebuilt apartment sleeps five; it has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. The large awning covered balcony has great views of Taormina and the Bay of Naxos. WiFi Internet access is included and all of the furnishings are new and of good quality. The living room and bedroom both have ceiling fans. Some other nice touches include a glass block shower surround and Etna lava-stone floors throughout. The apartment is up and out of the noise and bustle of the seaside, but you can be on the beach or in the middle of the action in less than a 2-minute walk.

The table extends to seat 6. There are 2 beds which can be divided if you like. Compact kitchen with all you need. The bathroom has a utility sink perfect small laundry. Big waves at the beach with Taormina on the hill.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Cash
    A 10% non refundable balance is due on booking. Please contact the owner for payment by checks drawn on US or Italian banks.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 1/2 of cleaning deposit may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
