You won't need to wear a swimsuit when you watch the stars in the hot tub - there's a tall fence surrounding it. New (2006) high-end furniture is a suave mixing of old country charm and sophisticated comfortable furnishings designed by an award-winning designer from Paris. The big kitchen is fully equipped, or walk to the wonderful restaurants nearby.

New (2006) furniture in living room includes Queen sofabed. You\'ll sleep well in this massive King bed. We supply the kindling and firewood for this Kiva fireplace. Relax on the outdoor patio (granddaughter not included) : ) Enjoy eating on the colorful ceramic dishes. Invite guests to dinner at this solid wood table w/6 chairs 
Two red leather chairs are very comfy. Ahhh. The hot tub feels good at 105 degrees. Handpainted Mexican tile sink is charming. Lots of kitchen cupboard space, a bistro table & chairs. Moose lamp enjoys his corner of the large kitchen.

    You will love it here! This casa is a very romantic, charming adobe vacation rental house 2 blocks from historic Taos Plaza. The tall cottonwood trees in the backyard keep the house cool in summer and provide a graceful backdrop for the private hot tub. The bathroom (tub and shower) has Mexican tile and hand-painted sink. Floors are wood and Saltillo tile. Also supplied are a humidifier, yoga mat, 8 & 10 lb. weights, cooking utensils, high-end linens and towels, etc. Kindling and firewood provided.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
