The villa is an antique restored farmhouse of 200 years, perfect for those who want to enjoy the true rural tourism in Andalucia. The house is settled in a privileged area close to the mountains, sea and country. You can find it in a small, peaceful town called San Bartolomé, just on the foot of a hill called Betis.
It is located in the Natural Park del Estrecho. There are two famous beaches that can be easily reached in 5 minutes driving.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
    50% by transfer account bank in advance and 50% 2 weeks before entry or in cash at arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
