An antique, restored farmhouse of 200 years, perfect for those who want to enjoy the true Rural Tourism in Andalucia. The house is settled in a privileged area close to the mountains, sea and country. Located in the Natural Park del Estrecho in Tarifa. There are two famous beaches that can be easily reached in 5 minutes driving:The Bolonia beach (an antique Roman harbour), and the beach called "Las Dunas de Punta Paloma".You can take a break on the porch with terracotta floors, beam ceiling and antique tiles, or relax in the great swimming pool with fantastic views.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
    Only we rent fully weeks.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 euros/ hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
