Typical Tuscan hayloft that has just been renovated and transformed into 2 pleasant, comfortable holiday apartments located on one of the most popular hills of the Chianti area, for both its beautiful landscape and because it is near Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. Peaceful position. Views of the countryside. The hayloft is part of a small family-run farm where organic products are made (olive oil, wine, grappa and nocino). The property is surrounded by private and equipped outdoor areas as well as a lawn with an olive grove where the floodlit swimming pool (5x10) is located and shared with the owner. It is possible to go for walks and purchase farm products.

Going up 7 stairs: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with double sofa bed, kitchen corner with built-in counter (oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower (washing machine). Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
