Beautiful farmhouse that has been recently renovated in a manner that respects the typical Tuscan architectural standards. The property is located in the green hills of the Florentine Chianti in a peaceful position, near the small town of Marcialla and offers pretty views of the surrounding countryside. The house has been divided into 3 apartments each with a private, equipped outdoor area. The structure is surrounded by a garden where you will find a circular, above-the-ground swimming pool (8.5 m diameter). A provincial road passes a few meters from the house. On request and to be paid for on location: domestic help (12 Euro/hour). Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 300 m grocery shops, 3 km Tavarnelle (all kinds of shops), 35 km Florence, 25 km San Gimignano, 45 km Siena.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
