Beautiful stone built house which dates back to the 13th century, on the road which leads to Tignano. From the careful restoration 4 apartments have been created which share a swimming-pool (6x13) located about 50 m from the house in a panoramic and secluded position, equipped gazebo, equipped garden with various areas for relaxing in, large table and barbecue. Nearby are two small lakes and a beautiful wood, ideal destination for pleasant walks. 2 mountain bikes available. Upon request it is possible to organise tasting of wine and other local products, and visits to some of the most important farms of the area. Possibility of domestic help, a cook and baby sitter on request. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, mobile phone with phone card and mosquito nets on the windows. Baby-bed available (Euro 25/week/each).Central heating. DISTANCES: 500 m Tignano, 2 km Tavarnelle (various shops), 20 km San Gimignano, 30 km Florence, 35 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: (85 m2) Gr. fl.: kitchen/dining room (oven, fridge with freezer) with fireplace, up 3 steps to the living room with divan bed, store room with sink. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms (with ceiling fan) one of which has a WC, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Private outdoor area with wood burning oven. Reasonably comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
