Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has shower, one basin and bidet.
The property is in a dominating position. It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and suggestive woods of oak, cypresses and pine trees.
Upon entering you will find a large warmly coloured kitchen/living room which is fully fitted with gas hob, fridge, refrigerator, and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, an armchair, an open fire place and a satellite TV. A corridor leads from the kitchen to the bathroom (WC, basin, shower stall, bidet) and to the bedroom, which shows beautiful vaulted brick ceilings and provides a view of the front terrace. Apartment enjoys a picturesque panorama of the countryside and a close access to the Borgo's shared pool. The paved terrace, directly outside the kitchen, is encircled partly by an hedge and partly by a stone made law wall, which give the apartment maximum privacy. It is also an ideal space for outside eating and watching the sun go down.
