A very private honeymoon cottage located directly on a soft white sand beach
This light & airy bure is cooled by the trade winds that rustle through the papaya trees outside. It has a queen size bed, ceiling fan & a little fridge in the corner for your cold drinks. Its louvered windows provide beautiful views of the ocean & sunrise from your bed! Down a few steps is the outdoor lava rock shower. Of course there is a hot water shower in your bure, but this outside one is the perfect place to rinse off after a swim.

Although smaller than the other 2 cottages, it is very cozy & intimate.It is perfect for those who want to be on the ocean but are watching their budget.

More Information
There is no electricity on the island of Taveuni. Coconut Grove supplies 24 hour electricity (fans over beds at night) using a newly installed inverter system. Local voltage in Fiji is 240 V. There is a private outdoor "honeymoon" shower attached to the bathroom of this unit. Massage by a professional masseuse right in your room is available, and chiropractic and natural medicine by arrangement.

  • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This secluded resort has its own restaurant facilities. Dinner can be served in the restaurant, on your private verandah, or down on the beach by candlelight. We lean towards fresh fish and seafood, organically grown vegetables and homemade pastas. Our restaurant is small and intimate, set on the front verandah of our island home and overlooking the ocean. Nightly rate includes any two meals per day. No alcohol is served at the resort, hence, no disco or bar. Dinner is finished by 9:00pm nightly.
  • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Local activities include a nature hike to Bouma waterfalls, lavena coastal walk, bird watching in Qeleni village, horseback riding, professional charter fishing, kayaking, full day sail or snorkeling trips. Professional diving can be arranged. The surrounding waters, known as the Somosomo Straits, are Fiji's top diving and snorkeling areas, of world-class standard.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
  • No smoking is allowed.
  • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
  • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
  • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
  • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
