• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The beach is 15 minute drive from the house. Beautiful black sand beach, perfect for surfing and fishing.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 6 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.00. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
