Clean and fresh towels and sheets are provided and replaced once a week. Parking lot adjacent for 25 shekels a day... Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is fine sand.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of US$10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
