Airport
Telluride Airport is located just 7 minutes from town. If you prefer, Montrose Airport is a scenic 64 miles from town. The roads are a delight to drive - and are always in great shape - and the views are incomparable.
Transit
The free galloping goose shuttle bus stops in front of our condo - every 10 minutes or so.
Shopping and Dining
There are 2 restaurants within 1 block of our condo - and the rest of the restaurants in the heart of downtown Telluride are just 4 blocks away.
Attractions
Walk to everything! Cars not needed. Take the free gondola up to Mountain Village to enjoy a modern high alpine resort feeling. Staying in Telluride offers you the best of all possible worlds. The historic Victoria-era mining town and the modern resort village.
Golf Courses
There are 1 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 0 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
We are located in front of Lift 7 - just 100 yards from our unit to the chairlift. The gondola is just 4 blocks away - 7 minutes on foot.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
For bookings of Holiday periods and Festivals, cancellations must be received in writing at least 75 days prior to arrival or no refund will be issued.

Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. , Travelers Cheques

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is due on arrival.
