1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is on its own level and features down comforters. From bed you'll enjoy views of the ski mountain. The master bath is marble with a steam shower. We personally tested numerous beds to find the mattresses that would offer you the most restful sleep. These no-spring latex foam mattresses have no pressure points so you will not feel your partner move during the night and you'll awake feeling utterly refreshed. Our linens are soft pima cotton for silky smoothness under the down-comforters which will keep you toasty warm on cold nights. 1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). This room features down comforters, a full bath on the same level, and walk-in closet. Flat screen 27" TV, DVD, CD, VCR all there for your enjoyment. 1 King or 2 Singles Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). This charming room is on its own level. Please note that the 3rd bedroom is on a separate level and very private yet does not have a door. It is however much more private and comfortable than a loft.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

From the floor to ceiling windows in the living room you have a jaw-dropping view of 13,000 foot Ajax mountain. Enjoy the alpenglow at sunset which turns the mountains all shades of gold, purple, and blue as the sun sets on the valley.

• Telluride Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. Telluride Airport is located just 7 minutes from town. If you prefer, Montrose Airport is a scenic 64 miles from town. The roads are a delight to drive - and are always in great shape - and the views are incomparable.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. The free galloping goose shuttle bus stops in front of our condo - every 10 minutes or so.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. We are located in front of Lift 7 - just 100 yards from our unit to the chairlift. The gondola is just 4 blocks away - 7 minutes on foot.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 2 restaurants within 1 block of our condo - and the rest of the restaurants in the heart of downtown Telluride are just 4 blocks away.
• River is located less than 1 minute away.
• Nearby Attractions: Walk to everything! Cars not needed. Take the free gondola up to Mountain Village to enjoy a modern high alpine resort feeling. Staying in Telluride offers you the best of all possible worlds. The historic Victoria-era mining town and the modern resort village.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

For bookings of Holiday periods and Festivals, cancellations must be received in writing at least 75 days prior to arrival or no refund will be issued.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 4.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
