    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 200) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Transaction Fees of 5% will be assessed if payment is made with a credit card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
