Beautiful and spacious 19th century farmhouse (440 m2) tastefully renovated with great care, preserving the characteristics of the rustic style typical of country houses. The property (50,000 m2) with vineyards, fruit orchard, lawns and woods stretches out over the hills of the Natural Park of the Colli Euganei. A charming portico for outdoor dining overlooks the natural lawn. In a cottage is a barbecue and wood burning oven. Behind the house passes a secondary road.
Parking. DISTANCES: 3 km from the delightful town of Teolo (grocery shops), 10 km the Terme di Abano (golf, horse riding, tennis), 3 km Padua and Vicenza, 60 km Venice and the lagoon.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: lounge with fireplace, living room with fireplace (TV), spacious and characteristic kitchen/dining room with fireplace (fridge with icemaker, oven, dishwasher), dining room, 1 bathroom with bath, laundry room (washing machine). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 single bedrooms, 1 large studio, 2 bathrooms with shower. Very comfortable furnishings. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
