Inside the Colli Park and situated on the top of a hill, the apartment offers a broad panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Ideal location for a holiday of culture, gastronomy and spa centers. The lawn that surrounds the house is furnished with garden furniture and it is possible to rent horses for equestrian excursions; pen for animals available. Access to the house along 900 m of uphil dirt track road not suitable for sport cars. It is possible to rent the house for 8 sleeping spaces under the name PASTORIE 8, in this case a double bedroom with bathroom with independent entrance will be made available. Parking. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. DISTANCES: 2.5 km grocery shops, 3 km all kinds of shops, three golf courses in a radius of 6 km, 12 km Abano Terme, 25 km Padua, 60 km Venice and Vicenza.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and access to the garden, kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Halfway up the stairs to the 1st fl.: 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms. 2nd fl. (under the eaves - accessed only by a spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
