3 Single Beds (sleeps 3). Large bedroom, ensuite bathroom with closet. Has huge bookshelves with books and a big door that opens to the terrace.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Room with closet, small make -up table with mirror and sofa, the bathroom is 2 steps away in same corridor. A door opens to one of the terraces.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
The garden and one of the terraces overlooks the mountains, the well known pyramid of Tepozteco and its mountain can also be seen. All the windows of the house overlook the garden.
Welcome to our vacation home. It's important that we meet your expectations.
Please get in touch with me for any information prior to your arrival, and any question while you are there. Any suggestions made by you are welcome and will be very useful. Towels and bed sheets will be changed weekly, if otherwise desired, please let me know. Pool towels are provided. We thank you for only smoking outdoors in the terraces and garden. Our pets are loved and cared as family. We thank you for your caring without spoiling them.
• Mexico City Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. There are buses and taxis from and to the airport. Car rental is provided at the airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). There is an interesting and well-stocked market, 1 gourmet restaurant and several good ones, all walking distance. Cuernavaca, 30 minutes drive away has all main supermarkets, Costco, Walmart and all sorts of restaurants.
• Nearby Attractions: Rental of tennis court can be arranged. Water skiing in Tequequitengo Lake is only 1 hour away. Massage in premises can be arranged. Nearby, a Temazcal Bath can also be arranged. There is a ping-pong table in the house.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
