The charming hilltop town Tereglio offers an excellent base from which to explore the unspoilt Garfagnana region of Northern Tuscany. With stunning views and a quiet location, this 16th century property is the perfect traditional retreat. Tereglio has easy access to Lucca, Bagni di Lucca, Barga, the Lima valley, the Orrido di Botri natural reserve, Abetone ski resort and direct access to walking routes in the Apennine Alps. With three double bedrooms, the house can accommodate 6 people. Further beds include a single pullout in the Loggia and two double sofa beds in the living room for 5 more. There is a large sunny terrace for AL-fresco dining and wonderful views from the large kitchen and loggia. The property has an open fireplace, new gas cooker, wireless internet connection and a bathroom situated in the arch over the street. This is a comfortable and spacious home with central heating available in the winter. The property is conveniently located close to the sports ground and parking space, and on the same street as the local bar and butcher. A place with a real relaxed beauty not to be missed.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 56 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 84 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
