With three double bedrooms, this unit can accommodate 6 people. This is an excellent base for exploring the Garfagnana and Tuscany in general. There are two balconies overlooking the spectacular verdant panorama. As seen on TV: When you catch a glimpse of Tereglio atop its spur of mountain from across the valley, through your telephoto lens you may be able to see our balconies. It certainly caught the eye of the producers of "A Place in the Sun": This was one of the properties they filmed when they prepared a program on the Garfagnana in May 2006.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
