Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques Cancellation policy. 30-60 days 50% of full cost of holiday due. less than 30 days - 100% of cost of holiday due. Non Refundable deposit. If paying by Visa, please note that a 3% charge will be added and PayPal a 4% charge - this is an administration charge made by the service provider and not ourselves
