Welcome to our vacation home! This lovely villa is a bright and spacious vacation home with over 2800 sq/ft and 4 master suites. Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of this home. Premium cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi Internet access and free domestic calling are included. Our professional management company is on-call 24/7 to answer your questions.
On the first floor you'll find a formal sitting area with comfortable leather sofas and a professional slate bed pool table, air hockey, foosball; family room with comfortable seating and a large cable TV, DVD, and CD stereo system all with surround sound; a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, laundry room with washer and dryer, half bathroom and a huge king master suite overlooking the pool area.
On the second floor there are two additional king suites, a queen suite, two twin bedrooms and the 5th bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD's.
Outside is a huge southwestern facing deck and covered lanai with in-ground pool and spa with a beautiful view of the lake. This is generously equipped with outdoor furniture, including loungers and a table with seating. The pool is heated on demand and has an underwater light. It also has a child safety fence.
Rental rates are between $999 and $2,299 depending on date and season and also the number of people in your party. Please inquire about rates.
