The villa is located on a quiet beach, so you have all kind of sea views of many islands like Marine National park, Koh Phanghan, Koh Tao....

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
DA Deposit of 30% has to be paid to confirm the booking. The rest has to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
