If you look straight ahead, you can see the pool as well as the beach and sea with its Islands like Koh Phanghan and Koh Tao beyond.

    Nearby is a closed and guarded area with mostly upmarket clients that are tired of staying in the Hotels but want the same services and luxurious ambiance - on a larger scale inside and out, as that of which a Five Star hotel would offer. Normally you would not hear or see too much of your neighbors unless you wanted to meet them.

There you will find everything you need. Several different Restaurants are in a very close walking distance. They serve all varieties of food. You are sure to find a menu of your preference.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach has an approximately 50 meter reef where you can snorkel and see all kinds of beautiful colourful fish. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
    • Nearby Attractions: Snorkeling, Diving, Monkey Show, Tiger Show, Sea-Aquarium, Mountain Bike tours, ATV rental, Go Karts , Shooting Range, and Tennis is all possible within 3 KM. We can offer the whole range of activities in our offers; so you can decide from day to day (depending on the weather) what you want to experience for yourself or with your family.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The payment has to be done to one of our accounts at Krung Thai Bank / Koh Samui branch or to our account in Germany ( Kreissparkasse Lauffen ). The bank details can be sent after our confirmation. This deposit is not refundable. For this reason we always suggest Travel Insurance with Trip Cancellation coverage. The balance can be done on arrival by Credit Card signed and approved in our office.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
