Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river. Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Ski/Board In is less than a 1 minute walk to the property.
True ski-in / ski-out. The "Gondola Run" is just outside the building door - ski down to Happy Valley, take the Gondola up to the Village which then leads to several lifts/runs. On return ski down the Gondola Run from the Village to be within metres from your door again. Look for "J-4" on Resort Map.

The Kelowna International Airport airport is about a 45 minute drive/taxi from the property. Various shuttle services available.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk from the property. The "Gondola Run" is also a lighted walking path which can be used day and night giving access to the Village (up hill) or Happy Valley Day Lodge (downhill).

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted.
PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Any extra cleaning costs associated with the Condo will be passed onto the guest. Guests are responsible for bank charges that are associated with bank transfers/wires, which are deducted from the payment made to owner. Please check with your bank, the fee that may be deducted from your payment, and add this amount accordingly.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Cancellations 1-30 days prior to arrival will be refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 CAD is due 35 days prior to arrival.

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Renters must be 25 years or older (except families with children). Couples and families preferred. If group is couples, a maximum of 2 couples only (maximum of 4 people). Base Occupancy is 5 people, there will be extra fees of $25/person/night, to a maximum of 7 people.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
Cleaning on Departure
It is appreciated if you could leave the Condo as clean as is possible. Beds do not need to be remade. There are garbage/recycling containers located in the underground garage. It is appreciated if you could remove your garbage into these containers before leaving, to prevent build-up of odours. Stays of 3 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of $100.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service.
Additional maid service can be arranged if you require any cleaning or washing done during your stay. This will be an extra cost to be paid directly to our cleaners by you, and is charged by the hour. We can arrange this service for you if so desired.

There is free parking available in the underground carpark.

Hot Tub rules/info will be advertised in close proximity. The following cost will be charged to guest - as advised by our Hot Tub serviceman: "A charge of $150 +HST will be made if the water in this hot tub is found to be contaminated with soaps, shampoos, beer cans, cigarettes and other foreign objects. Please enjoy this hot tub, but please do not abuse it"
