Ultimate Luxury Ski Condo ~True Ski-in Ski-out ~near all Resort Amenities.

Boutique condo with only 10 units and owner Managed. The condo has lovely views of the Monashee Mountains from the living room and private hot tub. We are only 5 minutes from Town Centre and right on the Happy Valley ski/walking trail. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living area and it is very well equipment and includes coffee, tea, spices and basic cooking supplies. The 9' ceilings give the space an airy feeling and the Floor to Ceiling rock fireplace is cozy in the evenings after skiing. Our unit is tastefully decorated with leather furniture, original artwork, vintage ski posters and of course a fully decorated Christmas Tree.

The Crescent Community Information

The Crescent Vacation Rental Community - Distances - The lake and beach are a 1 hour drive. Shopping and dining are a 5 minute walk. The ski lift is less than a minute away. Kelowna Airport is a 45 minute drive.
Ski lifts or runs can be reached by walking less than 1 minute. Gondola Run / Lighted Walking Path is right outside your door! You can take the ski run to Happy Valley to ride the Gondola, which will take you up to the Village, leading to several lifts/runs.
