Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 500.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 CAD is due immediately.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.

One-time fee of 180.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Guests staying more than one month are required to opt for additional monthly cleaning.
