This beautiful three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms resort condo is located in the quiet neighborhood of The Lakes located in North West Bradenton - less than 5 minutes from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. We call it 'Swan Lake' due to several large white swans that live on the Lake, accompanied by blue herons, storks, flamingos, and a number of other native birds. It is an open living style design with extensive views of the Lake surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. There are numerous ceiling fans throughout the home which has a new heating and AC system. The vacation home is centrally located with over a 100 restaurants within 10 minutes from the house. There are several large grocery stores, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, put put course, shopping, fishing, local entertainment, fitness centers, golf courses, tennis courts, and more easily available to you.
Located roughly 100 yards from the vacation home is the heated swimming pool. There is a beautiful Club House with numerous facilities for your use. We have a tennis court located next to the pool / deck area, which has a number of lounge chairs for sun bathing. There is also a covered outside area with additional tables and chairs, another BBQ set-up, and a small bar area. The bathrooms are located inside the Club House and there is a Kitchen facility as well.
