Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 28 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 30 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 CAD
