Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer. Along with the deposit check, include a post-dated final payment check.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500.00 CAD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000.00 CAD.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
