2 Bedroom plus Den Sun Peaks Townhouse Sleeps 14!

The condo is ideal for an extended family with multiple generations and lots of kids! The two main bedrooms both feature queen and single beds and a family room/den on the ground floor has two tri-bunks as well as a sofa bed. If all beds are used, this property sleeps 14!

They also have converted their garage into a ski and snowboard storage space and partitioned it further to create a separate drying room where all your gear can be hung and dried using an electric floorboard heater in the insulated room (see the photos).

If you have a larger group wanting to share on accommodation costs, this unit is for you!

The townhouse offers stunning views of MT. Tod and is located just off the 2nd hole of the Sun Peaks Golf Course. Because it is below the village chairs it is possible to ski-in using the valley trail, and it's only a few minutes walk up to reach the lifts. The budget minded will recognize that this has most of the benefits of being close to the village with lower costs than many of the other locations around Sun Peaks.
