Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1200 CAD is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
