Superb 3 Bedroom Townhouse - Ten Minutes from Disney, Kissimmee, Florida

Our lovely Vacation villa is set in the tranquil gardens of a gated community, 10 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms including a master en-suite bedroom,a large through lounge diner and fully equipped kitchen.
We have installed high speed wireless throughout our home which is also fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in all rooms.
The phone provides free Local calls
A fully screened Lanai with sun beds at the rear, perfect for those quiet moments in the morning or a nice relaxing drink in the evening.
There is a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub and large sun deck for sunbathing.
The master en-suite bedroom consists of a queen bed, TV/DVD and walk in closet and a floor safe.
Upstairs are two twin bedrooms with TV and walk in closets, The second full bathroom is also upstairs.
The Lounge has a new Sofa/bed and love seat,tables and lamps together with a new 32" flat screen TV, a DVD player and a CD/Radio.
There are parking bays are at the front of our home for your vehicles.
From the lounge window you can see the real Florida with a vast area of forestry and wildlife. We have seen a wide variety of birds and a giant turtle ourselves.

We have a large number of guests returning year after year to enjoy the peace and tranquility we offer together with our easy access to all theme parks,attractions and many golf courses.
