Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
