Tourists flock to see the spectacular Aubrey Falls, located north of Mountain View B&B.

Other popular activities include canoeing and kayaking on the dozens of popular lakes and rivers, hiking, swimming, cycling, golfing, bird watching, mountain climbing, and hunting in the fall.

    You can enjoy a quiet stay in a timber frame home overlooking beautiful Cumming Lake and Rock Candy Mountain. Hear the haunting calls of the loons as the sun settles over the horizon. From the highest peak from Rock Candy Mountain you can see Cumming, Tunnel and Axe Lake, as well as the wild forests below.

    A short drive away you can see, the natural whirlpools at Snowshoe Creek, Pig Pen Chutes on the Mississagi River, Aubrey Falls, the Little White River and numerous other lakes. Nearby mixed forests are perfect for hiking and bird watching. You may even see animals such as foxes, bears, deer, beavers, muskrats, and or moose.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Approximately 6 hours from Toronto. Open year round, with something for every season. We are located off the Trans Cananda Hwy 17 at Thessalon. Take Hwy 129 North 20 miles to Tunnel Lake Trading Post. We're the 6th driveway past the Trading Post.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. Waterfront property. Resting on the south shore of beautiful Cumming Lake. Dozens of lakes, rivers, waterfalls, natural jacuzzis and mountains waiting to be explored. Small fishing boat. Please bring your own beach towels.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is $200 (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $200 handling fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
