    Cooking service for hire if wanted. Diving, fishing, boat trips, bicycle rental and island round travels can be arranged by us for low prices.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Turtle Beach is 200 m. Grafton (Courland) Beach is 500 m. Natural pools.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
