Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 20% deposit due upon booking. Full payment plus $ 200 security deposit is due 2 weeks prior arrival date. A Credit card number (Visa or Master Card) is required to confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days after your departure date if there is no damage or missing items.If you cancel more than 14 days prior to check in date, there is no cancellation fee. If you have paid in full and cancel between 14 to 7 days prior to check in date the cancellation fee is 20% of the total. If you have paid in full and cancel less than 7 days prior to check in date the cancellation fee is 30% of the total. If you book the unit less than 14 days prior to check in date, full payment is due now.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 CAD is due 14 days prior to arrival.
