The view is enchanting and very open on the magic play of umbrian hills and the charming Todi town.
If you are a large group there is also a guest house available close to park.
The Guest house is on two floor . Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms ( king size bed ) , a large equipped kitchen , and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a little lodging with kitchenette , bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower.
The weekly cost of the guest house is 100 euro weekly .
• Perugia Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Is a small airport - Ryan air fly for low cost from London to Perugia
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. There is a train station in Todi, but not so well served.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The nearest restaurant is 1.5 km from the Villa, but to shop a car is necessary because all the shops are in the town ( 5 km )
• Nearby Attractions: Umbria is very famous for the art town as Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, Spoleto...and for Nature...as the splendid Marmore falls.
All this place are easy reachable from the Villa
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Direct Bank Deposit - Diners Club
from October until May the heating is not included but is metered

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 3 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg). A deposit of no will apply. A fee of no will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
