    If you are a large group there is also a guest house available close to park. The Guest house is on two floor . Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms ( king size bed ) , a large equipped kitchen , and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a little lodging with kitchenette , bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower. The weekly cost of the guest house is 100 euro weekly .

    • Nearby Attractions: Umbria is very famous for the art town as Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, Spoleto...and for Nature...as the splendid Marmore falls. All this place are easy reachable from the Villa
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Direct Bank Deposit - Diners Club
    from October until May the heating is not included but is metered
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 3 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg). A deposit of no will apply. A fee of no will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 .
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
