In this cute medieval complex there are 7 independent lodgings , ideal for a holiday. In each lodging there is a kitchen corner with fridge, a TV , pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery.
During the high season the breakfast is included in the weekly rate.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
From the lodging you have a fantastic view on the magic play of Umbrian hills and the charming village of Todi.
But from the garden you can see also Perugia .

In the estate you can fish in the private lake, or swim in the pool. Two km. from the estate you can ride with horses. If you like the charming villages of Umbria, the most famous is Orvieto Assisi Perugia Spello Trevi Bevagna Gubbio, and are easily reachable. The nature is very nice and you can't miss the high plain of Casteluccio and the spectacular Marmore falls.
Hand craft is also attractive, you will discover the beautiful ceramic of Deruta, the vasases of Ripa Bianca, and the fantastic textile of Montefalco.
Also funny is to discover all the wines itinerary to find good sellers with delicious wines. Umbria is also famous for genuine and tasty food.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• 4 or more Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
