Walk to grocery, pharmacy and shopping approximately one half hour. A nearby bus stop provides access to the train station as well as to the Historic Center of Todi.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
