- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In the village about 1.5 km there is a restaurant but the shops are in Todi ( 5 km ) and the car is necessary
- Nearby Attractions: Umbria is world known for art and nature. From the Villa are easy reachable all the beautiful medieval town as Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Bevagna...and also nice to see the Marmore falls.
Is also fun to find all the seller to discover the good taste of Sagratino which is a delicious Umbrian wine.
Near the villa there is also horses to have nice ride in the country
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
