You can decide from day to day whether to take a dip in the swimming pool or rest in the shade of the olive grove, to take a walk in the woods to gather mushrooms or to stroll up and down the alleyways of Todi in search of curiosities to buy.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
